Description (Typology, Period, Actual Use)

LOCATED BETWEEN AGIA ANNA AND CHARDAKIOTISSA SUBURBS. ON THE WEST EDGE OF THE VILLAGE, ON THE WEST BANK OF THE STREAM THAT RUNS ALONG THE VILLAGE EDGE (CAN BE SEEN FROM AGIA ANNA CHURCH). BUILT BEFORE 1974. A NEWER CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION CONSISTING OF A SINGLE NAVE WITH A BARREL VAULTED ROOF, BELFRY AND A SEMI-CIRCULAR APSE. THE MAIN DOOR IS TO THE SOUTH AND COVERED BY A  PORCH. IMMEDIATELY TO THE EAST OF THE APSE CAN BE SEEN STONE FOUNDATION RUINS, POSSIBLY OF AN OLDER TEMPLE. THE INTERIOR IS RUINED. THERE ARE NO DOORS AND WINDOWS.
